I would greatly appreciateit if anyone would help me figure out how to outline pics or whatever images are in an animation…

example… lets say i have a regular jpg picture of a man and woman and there is a window with a bird … in flash i want to basically outline /highlight those key figures in that flash movie…have a line run through/around the man and woman …the window…and the bird…
