# "Over" message popups - how to?

Hi ppl!!

i dont know how to make this ( i call it ) “over” message popups.

The effect can be seen in the site above on the left side behing the letter “select a tutorial”. By the way nice tutorials there 😉

I hope someone could give me a help on this, or maybe show me a tutorial explaining how to do it" 🙂
