# Overflow Text Not Behaving (Dreamweaver)

Hi - I’m having a hard time with a seemingly easy task. My \ tags are a bit off, please advise:
I currently have a frame w a background image that I need to stay static. Within that frame I have designated an area for the text content to reside. I want the overflow text to scroll within the space designated for text; but right now it’s ignoring that and overflowing/scrolling within the entire frame-background area.
I have “content 3” repeated to as sample text.
