# Overheating CPU

I have just bought the k7s8x mb. I am running an amd athlon 1400 hz processor with hynix 256 ddr 266hz memory.Ati radeon 64 mb.

I have an amd cooling fan on it with another chassis fan connected to the motherboard. Problem i have is that the cpu temp is 50 degs/122f m/b temp is 34 degs/93 f with cpu fan at 6800 rpm. Their is enough ventilation with the atx case but i still think the m/b seems hot. Infact alot of heat is generated from the cpu and m/b any suggestions why?
