# Overlaying a FREE HTML website

My buddy has a free domain name:

[http://www.rupintattoo.worldbreak.com/](http://www.rupintattoo.worldbreak.com/)

I want to overlay a flash element over the entire page so nothing is html and it is all flash interactive.

Does anybody know how I would go about doing this?
