# Paint effect

I want to create a an effect that looks like a block of paint has been wiped on an an area of the screen using photoshop. The effect I’m looking for is like emulsion paint thats been slapped on a surface. I’ve seen alot of sites use it if there representing graffiti or an alley situation.

Anyone know where to start?
