# Pantone Color for Pre-Press

I have a project where I can only use 2 pantone colors. I’m currently working in both Freehand and Illustrator and is wondering where do I go to make sure the colors I’m using is Pantone colors before forwarding it to the printer?

They like the file to be in PDF format. Do I have to convert my file to RGB as oppose to CMYK from either Freehand or Illustrator file? Please advise.
