# Pause button please!

hey guys! i badly needed a pause button for my thesis.  
the pause game is similar to the pause button here:

pause = insert button

my game runs in a single frame action script  
so how would i achieve a pause button?  
thanks! i really badly needed this :jail: so please help me guys!!! :crying:
