# Pausing on a frame

s there a way to pause on a frame on the timeline for about 30 seconds and then let it continue on to the remaining frames?

Perhaps a action placed on the frame (like the stop(); function, except it pauses for a specified amount of time.

Thanks for any help you could lend.
