# Pausing sounds that are embedded in a movieclip?

Hey guys,

I have a movieclip that contains an animation with several soundeffects in it.  
Now i would like to be able to pause the animation and play it again. Which isn’t so hard for the animation itself but it is for the sound.

Does any1 know a good way to pause all the sounds that are in a movieclip and to resume them later?
