# PC and IE acting weird

Hey guys,  
Lately whenever I try to shut down my computer, it displays the “Windows is shutting down” screen and stays there. Perhaps it has something to do with the Win32 Service Error that I got once. Could anybody tell me a solution to this problem?

And IE… it displays a red image instead of showing the actual one. For instance, all the images on the right in [kirupa.com](http://kirupa.com)’s homepage appear as red.

I’ve done countless spyware and virus scans and my cmputer seems to be free of them. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
