# PC Fan Noob questions

I’ve hoovered my case and defragged. Any tips on improving fan noise?

I think the nosiest is the CPU fan, although stats show little high cpu usage. I have 3 fans, 1 in the power unit, 1 on the CPU and a 3rd more minor one. Any clues what the 3rd one is?
