HI, I had a question. I want to make a website with a [COLOR=crimson]Flash Header[/COLOR] and [COLOR=blue]HTML Navigation/Content[/COLOR] , \*\*but I do not want the Header to have to reload \*\* each time a Menu Item is picked, because the movement in the Header.swf will start over and it will be apparent that it’s being reloaded. Is there any way to permenantly display a flash header with changing html content beneath it, aside from using Frames? I know this would be simple to do with frames, but I hear so much bad stuff about frames that I would prefer any other method before using frames. Thanks for any help, spazzblaster ---

I can only think about using frames. ---

I know of no alternative to frames. Although, I would like to know if anyone can think of something…
