I’m looking for a service that provides a personalized e-mail address, similar to [DomainMail](http://homepageuniverse.com/domainmail/). I don’t want webhosting, I don’t need nearly 4GB (1 or 2GB would be more than enough), and I absolutely need web mail access. I would like to have at least 3 different POP3 accounts based off the same domain (one for me, my brother, and my sister). Also, I’d like something a little cheaper than $20 a year.

I hear there’s a service based in the UK that offers what I want for about 10 pounds a year, but I can’t find it because I don’t know the name. Any suggestions?
