# Phong Spherish Thing

How would one go about making a spherish looking thing like the top of [www.phong.com/tutorials](http://www.phong.com/tutorials) ? I don’t think it was made in 3d, it looks a lot more like flash. Is it some advanced scripting or something? Or is it just a really good effect coming from swift or a similar program?
