First of all thank you for this site, it’s very … very helpfull for a beginner like me. So and now we go on to the question. please excuse me for any wrong terms if they appear so.

I managed to set some more values to set some textfields with dynamic content, and I even got a dynamic button which launches an external window onClick event. So I was all set to write my first book about hardcore actionscripting and even wanted to challenge kirupa on this board … but then I wanted to load this stand alone photoalbum swf to load as an external swf into my main movie.

So I start learning and manage the function : MovieClipLoader.loadClip() , and it looked like it would work.

But unfortunately I see my first text which comes fine into the mainflash and then I mentioned that my buttons are not working anymore.

So now I am stucked in maddness for 2 days now, and I even think about giving up writing my hardcore actionscript geek book.

So please, does anybody have a clue what I did wrong ? many thanks in advance !

Edit : just a few seconds ago I found a set interval function which was able to scroll by interval trough my text, but still no images and no button actions anymore.
