I am working from this tutorial [http://www.kirupa.com/developer/mx2004/xml\_flash\_photogallery.htm](http://www.kirupa.com/developer/mx2004/xml_flash_photogallery.htm)

I made a couple of small modifications — pointing the captions to a MC on a different level — and it is working great.

My question is how would I modify the script to cross fade the images instead of having the current image go to white and fading in the new image. I am sure I will need to use two MCs instead of one.

I tried this method with no luck:

I have attached the flash file. Thanks in advance for any help with this.
