# Photoshop CS error

I get this error every so often “Reading Text Global Resources…Done” and photoshop freezes. I have read the Adobe tech note about how this file “New Doc Sizes.psp” can somehow get damaged, no explanation of how this magically happens. I also have read that you have to delete your photoshop preference file.

Does anyone have any insight on this issue and what is really happening and why? How does this file get damaged? I’m certainly not doing anything to it.
