# Photoshop Elements 7 - Good enough?

I was told Photoshop Elements 7 was “Photoshop without the upper-level features I’d probably never use anyway.” I’d like to use this program to create glossy effects and interfaces. I’m findind a TON of great Photoshop tutorials … but am finding very little help in making these things in Elements. Do I need Photoshop now???
