# Photoshop issue - weird thing happened

So I was working in PS and everything went fine until…

I was trying to move an object thing when suddenly photoshop had other thoughts for my actions. The object wasn’t moved, but instead a werid red border thingy appeared from the sides and top/bottom of my document. And that’s the only thing I can move around 😛

I’m sure I’ve just hit some sort of hot key, but I don’t know how to fix it. And what is this?
