# Photoshop problem - can't select tools

Something strange has happened, I opened photoshop cs2 today and I am unable to select any of the tools such as crop, pencil etc from my tools menu. When I hover over the image, I get the hand symbol only. Anyone know what might be wrong?

I’ve restarted the computer but the problem persists.

It sure worked, but after I minimized it and went to you tube the error appeared again. I guess there is a bug with Adobe Flash and Photoshop CS3 or Vista it self… hem…!!! I:-)
