# Photoshop wont work on my machine

Hi I have a dfi 845 chipset mobo. Its under 2yrs old. I have this wierd problem If i use photoshop the whole machine habgs. I am left with no option but to restart it. In other words I just cant use PS no matter what the version. I had this problem when my comp was new but after a few trial and errors my engineer fixed it. The problem is the engineer who fixed it has left town and I dont have his phone no. I tried calling other engineers but none are able to fix it. Some smart \*\*\*\*\* say the mobo is defective. All other programs work well. Even ps did till I had to fromat my hard disk. Can anybody help? I think its to do with some settings in the bios.
