# Photoshopped Scrollbars - Implement

I client has sent me a design created in Photoshop and would like to use the scrollbars he designed.

My questions is, how do I implement those scrollbars? I will be splicing the content areas out. I have deisgned and spliced many web pages but never scrollbars.
