# PHP/flash email - multiple fields

Hiya,

I have set up a flash/php email form as per the kirupa tutorial. It all works great.

What I want though is more than one message field. I’d like to have 6 input text boxes with distinct variables that will be retrieved by the php nad put into the body of the email.

No matter how i try to configure it though, it only shows me the “message” field.

Is there a way to accomplish what I need?
