Hi I am creating a form in dreamweaver that I want to submit to my email. I followed the tutorial and it worked fine!

But a s soon as I apply it to my css it doesn’t want to work.
This is the form: [http://www.kiekiebox.com/contact/](http://www.kiekiebox.com/contact/)

and my php looks like this:
\<?php
if(isset($\_POST[‘submit’])) {

$to = "info@kiekiebox.com";
$subject = “Message from kiekiebox”;
$name\_field = $\_POST[‘name’];
$email\_field = $\_POST[‘email’];
$contact\_field = $\_POST[‘contact’];
$organisation\_field = $\_POST[‘organisation’];
$address\_field = $\_POST[‘address’];
$web\_field = $\_POST[‘web’];
$message = $\_POST[‘message’];

$dropdown = $\_POST[‘reference’];

$body = “From: $name\_field
E-Mail: $email\_field
Phone no: $contact\_field
Organisation: $organisation\_field
Address: $address\_field
Web Address: $web\_field
Drop-Down: $reference
Message:
$message”;

echo “Data has been submitted to $to!”;
mail($to, $subject, $body);

} else {

echo “blarg!”;

}
?\>

Please could anybody advise?
