I need some help creating a php code that will allow me to set up a web page that will display a post similar to a blog with no commenting. The page needs to have a login button that will allow 1 user to log on and post the date and time, the title, and body copy. He will hit save and the file will then upload to the page as a post that people can view. I need to be able to keep the old Post up and always put the newest on top.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks
