Noob question here, I didn’t find a place for this topic so here it goes.

QUESTION:

Can I use this code on an HTML page? it says there copy and paste on a PHP page, and I have tried it before, and didn’t work for me, so I turn to you guys, please tell how I make this work, here is the site that I want to integrate this in [SITE](http://www.guatelinda.com/espanol/index2.htm)
