Hello Everybody,

I know a lot of HTML code and ActionScript, currently, I’m developing a web page and everything is almost done, but I still need to make a questionnaire form section (it is like the contact form, but with a lot more text fields and variables).

The problem is that I know next to nothing of PHP code, I really need someone to help me please as I’ve been helping many people in the AS forum section…

Also, should I make the text fields in Flash or directly from DreamWeaver (which one is easier).
