# Php, xml cms?

Does anyone know of some good PHP, XML, and MySql CMS that I can either purchase or download. What I am looking for is something that is pretty straight forward that I can download and edit. The key here is that I want to be able to use the same CMS for Flash as well as Html based layouts. I could just build this myself, but at the moment time is a factor. There are so many choices out there, but it is hard to find a good one and I don’t want to buy something withought knowing what im getting.
