# Phpmyadmin won't work!

I’ve recently installed Apache and PHP on my computer, and today I tried to install MySQL. From what I can tell the MySQL installation worked, but in order to create/edit databases I wanted to install phpMyAdmin. I want to have pMA because I’ve worked with it before. The probelm is I can’t get it to work! I followed [this](http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=154840) walkthru to install mySQL and phpmyadmin, but all I get is this error message:

> couldn’t load mysql add-ons, please check you PHP-configuration.

What am I supposed to check? I can run php scripts and all…  
Have anyone had any experience with this?
