I’m only in grade 9 so i haven’t taken physics yet, but i’m wondering how would you do a rotation of an object depending on force of a certain area?

Example:
Long rectangular box. Place bomb on right side. When bomb blows up, rectangular box flies in air and does rotation. When box lands, it falls back on to a proper side.

Anyone know how to do this?
