# Picky smoothing

Hi. I have a minor but annoying problem.  
I’m loading external images into a sidescroller (x-axis).  
I’ve tried both setting smoothing parameter as well as creating new Bitmap object with no pixelsnapping, but the smoothing never kicks in.  
However, if I distort the images slightly, like scaling it a bit, the smoothing works. But thing is, I don’t want to scale them.

Is this a known bug? How can I work around it?
