Hi, first i’m sorry for my bad english people, but i do my best! thx

Ok, i need to know how to do a special effect on a picture like this website

When the picture fade, it’s white and after we see the picture(real color)…

The best section to see what i want it’s ‘‘products’’…

This effect is really cool, but how we do that?
