Anyone knows how to do the picture’s effects?? Is this onion skin effect? Is “onion skin” consider one of the effects? Or it just a view on stage only?

I tried to do picture effects using onion skin but there was no effects at all after I export to swf/ publish.

Anyone has a simple tutorial for the picture effects/ animation?

Thank you!!
