Does anybody knows any tutorial or open source of a very seen around effect of pictures on the table. You can drag and drop the pictures. They scroll around the screen and when clicked on them, they zoom in to take a closer look at it.

If anybodys has any ideas on how to do this effect I would be really appreciated.
Thanks
