# Pixel fonts - do I have to choose between blurry and masked?

I am using a dynamic text field which is loading info from a xml file. The text field needs to be masked, and therefore I have to embed the pixel font. However, when I embed the font it turns blurry…!! Do I really have to choose between havinge the font crisp or having it masked, or do anyone have a good solution to this?
