# Pixelsnapping broken

After some frustration I have came to the conclusion that the documentation that PixelSnapping.NEVER—No pixel snapping occurs.  
Flash is clearly doing pixelsnapping anyways regardless of what its set at.  
Heres a very simple fla that demonstrates this, you can see that the movement is not smooth and is snapping to the nearest pixel despite that its set not to.
