Still working on this stupid platformer… For now, I’ve been trying to get my objects to work to stop the character from moving forward. (walls basically :shifty:) I’ve been trying to fix it for a good 2 weeks now but I am completely stuck. Nathan99 and Joppe have each helped me a ton, but I still cannot figure this thing out.

First of all, in this game, the camera follows the character as he moves around and jumps…etc.
What is the best way to organize this?

move the root according to his position?

or move 3 separate movieclips?

Either way you have the 2 fla’s there, I only need one to work though, whichever is the best way to organize it. 😃

I hope someone can help. thanks.
