# Play sound using pc speaker

can flash mx play sounds using the internal pc speaker?  
if yes, how?

Howdy…

If you are talking about playing a sound file, MP3 file for example, yes you can…

If you are talking about generating a sound like you do in C or the sound effect we used to hear on DOS based games, then you cannot… Flash cannot generate a note, you will have to load some external file to do that…
