# Playing Flash exe on a second monitor

I’ve been asked by a client about playing a Flash .exe file from a hard drive so that it only plays on a second monitor. I’m thinking this is a system question, not a Flash player issue, but I thought I would ask here in case anyone has specific info on this sort of situation.
