hi guys,

ive been trying to create a menu bar like this [http://www.cbha.com/](http://www.cbha.com/)…  
but the menu bar i create doesnt come over the items on the website.

by any chance can anyone give me any tips on how to create those type of menu bar, or maybe a link of any tutorials that teaches those type of menu bar.

i see alot of tutorials online but none show you that type of style.
