# Please help, In animation

I am not very good in flash,
I was just practising in Macromedia Flash and I don’t get one thing! I looked at the fading text tutorial and tried to fade my text, it worked but I wanted another couple of words to fade after the other one had faded so I did another one. This is where the problem occurs,
when I create the text and change the alpha or whatever, click on create motion tween, the text either moves up or does nothing, this is hopeless. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?
I am trying to make a flash intro for my site www.gamestudio.net.tf , and I am good in html but very hopeless in flash.

put the words on different layers.

Oh how stupid can I be sometimes, thanks! It worked. One more thing, my flash Intro is about a Game call vice city and I want a person-shooting effect. I mean like a cartooned man with a gun in his hand and shooting.
Does anyone know how to do that?
