Dear kirupa forum goer’s,

I need some help on a flash application I’m working on (flash application file). I want to create a rollover effect on one of my slides where a screen will slide into the stage on roll over and slide out of the stage on rollout. I tried the “TellTarget” technique using a button, but when I “test movie” Flash tells me it cannot find the movieclip of instance “rollover” (when I click the button to start the movie clip). Is there a way to do this? I think the rollover “TellTarget” didn’t work because I am in a flash application file, but I’m not sure. HELP!

Is the instance name “rollover” or “rollOver” or “Rollover”, etc? You need to have the capitalization the same for them to be able to recognize eachother.
