# Pls help me see what this timeline means

As show above, the last key frame of layer AboutBtn does **NOT** have a line before the black circle.

I had trouble changing the image when I insert a new key frame **AFTER** that key frame.

What does this mean?  
Isn’t the tweening supposed to stop at the last key frame?  
What could be the possible action that caused this to happen?
