I’m working on a project and this client want exactly same flash effect existing on [sonalisakal.com](http://sonalisakal.com)’s banner.

I tried few programs but failed to find exactly same effect. My client’s getting paranoid to see the flash banner everyday. ☹

I’d really appreciate your help if you could please provide a program that can achieve the result or show me the way if I can do it on Flash.
