# Plz help w/ button code

i have this code on a button called “misc.” that is in a movie clip
on(press) {
gotoAndPlay(38);
}
when the “still” button is clicked & the code for that is
on(press) {
gotoAndPlay(29);
}
…it just replays the “misc, frame(38)”…? any ideas…?

you may have to target the timeline that contains these frames you are after.

when i use \_root.gotoAndPlay(frame number) that does work but when i click on the same button twice for some reason it plays the next frame …weird! any suggestions??
