# Pool Light effects

Hi guys,

Have a new site im building now, and for the navigation it has a background water effect playing. What i was looking for was a tutorial or source code for something very simliar to this.

It just background, so it doesnt have to be perfect, it will just have a flower floating around in it. Any help would be great
