Was wondering if anyone knows if this is possible err. how to do it 🙂

I dont want the pop up showing everytime the user clicks on a particular page on my site,  
I only want it to show up when the user actually leaves my site.

XML, PHP, JS, VB, if u know any way in any lang on how this is possibl, plz let me know.
