# Pop up windows no longer work

I am using Flash MX 2004 and I have downloaded and installed the new Flash 8 plugin. Since doing so my pop windows no longer function. I used the code found here: [http://www.kirupa.com/developer/flash5/newwindow.htm](http://www.kirupa.com/developer/flash5/newwindow.htm) and even their online example does not work with the Flash 8 plugin.

Is there a solution to this? I want to keep the Flash 8 plugin for it’s new security features. Any help would be appreciated
