# Possible to record flash swf's?

A prospective client wants a video clip of some of my flash work, since I can’t send him all my files so the main flash would work. Is there a way of recording an interactive flash swf, somehow? I can’t think of any way to do it except go into after effects and animate everything, and that would take for ever. Any ideas?
